Running

I have been a vehement lifelong runner, longer than some people have lived, and have tons of experience.  Tried lots of shoes, trashed lots of shirts, and broke more MP3 players than you’ve probably owned (and dozens of old tape players), and burnt out at least 6 treadmills.

I’ve logged more miles than many men.  I’ve ran in more places, more countries, than I can recall. Barefoot at Daytona beach. At 3AM in Brussels, Belgium. McAlpine Park in Charlotte, NC.  Waikiki beach in Honolulu, HI. Little India in Singapore, Singapore. Bali, Indonesia after a tsunami warning following a 6.2 earthquake . That was fun…my shoes are always with me.

Running keeps you strong, in shape, and ready for the challenges ahead. If youre a runner, you already know this, of course. If not, its time you consider it. You can achieve more before sunrise than most people do all day.

At this point I cant stop running. I run fast, but I’m sure 20% of you are faster than me. I can beat many physicians, and nearly all sleep physicians. But never Nilesh Shah. Hes the man.

Recently completed: Canton Half marathon 1:48:43   Akron Marathon 4:11:29

I set goals every year. I’m getting faster, and the goals are getting tougher.

This years goals have finally been revealed: I wont lie, they’re gonna be a bitch. Come run with me.
